Course Description

This course reviews basic marketing concepts and the relationship between the promotional mix and personal selling. Participants will learn about the 6-Step Selling Cycle and how to target their sales efforts based on where the consumer is in the purchase decision.
 

Course Objectives

The participants will learn how to:
Prepare a selling story using So What? Analysis™ and the two keys of selling
Use the 6-Step Selling Cycle to create a Sales Call plan
