The Owner

Becky Lucas is the Owner, President, and Principal Consultant of Training Partners Plus, Inc. Becky has over 12 years experience in custom training development and performance improvement consulting. She is held in high esteem by both clients and colleagues for her talents as a process analyst. She can take a directive from the President or VP, and have staff on every level moving in the desired direction in a very short period of time. Her business background enables her to see the big picture from a birds eye view; then using this perception, along with instructional design methodologies, Becky fits all of the process pieces, of a seemingly impossible direction change, into a logical and successful implementation.

Becky has established a reputation in the Chicago area for quality products, integrity in business relationships, and pride in her work. She has worked with many Fortune 500 companies on extremely complex business processes. Becky has the gifts of being able to listen, organize, and execute.

Training Partners Plus, Inc. consists of a small staff, and many talented and highly regarded colleagues. Becky's organization works as a team on large projects. All of her people are efficient, dependable, and work smart. Utilizing valued colleagues, Training Partners Plus, Inc. pulls from a pool of experienced consultants to meet our clients unique project needs.

Becky holds an MS in Instructional Systems Technology and a BS in Business from the University of Indiana. She is a member of the International Society of Performance and Instruction (ISPI), as well as, the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).

Training Partners Plus, Inc. also works in partnership with a large network of independent training consultants, as project needs indicate. In 1994, Becky founded the NorthWest Network, a support organization for independent training consultants, technical writers, and performance technologists.
